Get your gluten-free, fat-free, low-carb - pizza sub fix in Brainerd, Minnesota

Mickey's Take & Bake Pizza, Subs & Salads is your Brainerd, Minnesota go-to restaurant when pizza is what's for dinner. You can take home a tasty 10" gluten-free pizza will run you about ten bucks. The food is great, and the friendly staff will give you a heaping helping of "Minnesota-nice."

In addition to gluten-free options, Mickey's also offers a full-range of specialty pizzas for as little as $4.79 for a 9" cheese, up to $14.99 for a thick-crust Double Deluxe (everything but the kitchen sink.) The only draw-back: the pizza and garlic cheese bread are strictly take-and-bake, but Mickey's also serves diners a wide range of delicious hot and cold subs, salads, and low-carb wraps, with your choice of dressings like their famous homemade ranch, Italian garlic, mayonnaise, Dijon or honey mustard, horseradish, three fat free dressings (Miracle Whip, Ranch, and Italian.)

Low-fat subs include the Vegi, Tuna, and the Seafood subs all with 2 grams of fat per sub and 280 calories or less.

Going fat-free? Mickey's offers a Garden Salad with 0 grams of fat; Seafood Salad with 1.5 grams of fat; Grilled Chicken Salad with 6 grams of fat; and all for about 150 calories.

After your meal, take a pizza to go, and head over to Jewel's Specialty Market , in nearby Baxter, Minnesota, where you will find a wide selection of gluten-free, allergen-free items.
